Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the last item in their shipment, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

If you placed your order using only a phone number and do not have a registered email address, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Returning Items
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Refunds
Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. The standard outbound shipping cost from your original order is also included in the refund.
Exceptions
